Please note that plus-size items and underwear products are not eligible for returns or refunds. Guidelines for Returns

To ensure a smooth process, please return items in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

To initiate a return or refund:

• Email us at support@kashvii.com within one day of receiving the item.
• Include the following details in your email: your name, order number, email ID, product name, product ID, date of receipt, and a brief reason for the return/refund.

Upon receiving your request, our team will promptly process it and aim to arrange a reverse pickup as soon as possible. Availability of reverse pickup services depends on your area's PIN code. Return or refund requests submitted after the specified one-day period will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Unstitched materials
• Lingerie items
• Other non-ready-made clothing items

Simple Refund Process

• For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited directly back to the original payment source.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your bank details for processing the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, subject to verification of the returned item's condition & approval.
